NMH provides a guest wireless network on campus for visitors to join for Internet access. The NMH-GUEST network requires a valid email address to join. This article will cover logging on to the NMH-GUEST network with common devices, such as MacBooks, Windows laptops, Android phones/tablets, ChromeOS, and iPhones/iPads.
*If you are a member of the NMH community, please connect to the NMH-SECURE wireless network.*
1. Find and select NMH-GUEST in your wireless networks list.
2. The Captive Portal will automatically load in a window that pops up. Enter your name, a valid email, and accept the terms of use, then click Register.
3. An account will be generated for you, and your screen will show the account credentials. You can use these to sign back in to the NMH-GUEST network at any time before the account expiry. Click Log In.
5. Your Captive Portal will be redirected to the nmhschool.org website. Click Done in the bottom corner to clear it.
You are now online with the NMH-GUEST network.
1. Find and select NMH-GUEST in your wireless networks list.
2. In your web browser, the Captive Portal will load. Enter your name, a valid email, and accept the terms of use, then click Register.
3. An account will be generated for you, and your screen will show the account credentials. You can use these to sign back in to the NMH-GUEST network at any time before the account expiry. Click Log In.
4. Your Captive Portal will be redirected to the nmhschool.org website.
You are now online with the NMH-GUEST network.
1. Find and select NMH-GUEST in your wireless networks list. If a web browser doesn't open to the Captive Portal automatically, you will have a message in your WiFi settings and in your notifications that you need to sign into the network.
2. In your web browser, the Captive Portal will load. Enter your name, a valid email, and accept the terms of use, then click Register.
3. An account will be generated for you, and your screen will show the account credentials. You can use these to sign back in to the NMH-GUEST network at any time before the account expiry. Click Log In.
You are now online with the NMH-GUEST network.
1. Find and select NMH-GUEST in your wireless networks list. A web browser will open to the Captive Portal. Enter your name, a valid email, and accept the terms of use, then click Register.
2. An account will be generated for you, and your screen will show the account credentials. You can use these to sign back in to the NMH-GUEST network at any time before the account expiry. Click Log In.
3. Your Captive Portal will be redirected to the nmhschool.org website. Click Done in the bottom corner or the blue check to clear it.
You are now online with the NMH-GUEST network.
1. Find and select NMH-GUEST in your wireless networks list.
2. You will be prompted to sign in to the NMH-GUEST network. Click on the box that pops up to bring up the Captive Portal. If the box disappears, you can click on NMH-GUEST from your wireless networks list.
3. Enter your name, a valid email, and accept the terms of use, then click Register. A login screen will appear requesting a password.
4. On another device, such as your phone, check your email. You will have a message from servicedesk@nmhschool.org with a password to sign in to the NMH-GUEST network. If you do not see the message in your inbox, check your Spam folder.
5. Enter the password into the appropriate field in the Captive Portal, check the box again to accept the terms of use, then click Log In.
6. Your Captive Portal will be redirected to the nmhschool.org website. You can close this window.
You are now online with the NMH-GUEST network.
