Accessing your voicemail in Zoom
From your desktop phone:
Use the Access VM button on the phone 
or dial *86. A robot voice will ask you to enter your PIN. (How to find your PIN)
Once you have entered your PIN you will have 2 options,
- Listen to voicemail
Follow the prompts to listen to your messages
- Set up voicemail greeting
From the Zoom Workplace app:
Launch the Zoom Workplace app.
Log-in with your @nmhschool credentials if prompted.
Select the Phone tab within the App to access your voicemail.
Once in the Phone tab you will see voicemails as an option on the left side of the App. The phone icon will call back the number that left the voicemail, the triangular play button will play the voicemail. The 3-dots following each voicemail gives you more options for following up with that call.
Set-up voicemail greeting in Zoom:

- Follow the prompts to complete the voicemail greeting set up
From the Zoom Workplace app

Launch the Zoom Workplace app. and Log-in with your @nmhschool credentials if prompted.
In the Zoom app go to the upper right-hand corner and click on your Profile picture for the dropdown menu.
In the dropdown select Settings.

This will launch the Settings window from which you will select "Edit my profile" on the right-hand side.
This will open your web browser and connect you to your Zoom Profile
(this link will take you there as well) You may need to log-in again.

In the Profile, select Phone.
The Voice Greeting is under Call Handling / Edit / Add Audio

Add Audio:
Speech to Text. Type what the voice says
Upload. An existing audio file can be added
Record by Computer. Use the computer or phones microphone to record your own greeting
