NMH-SECURE: Connecting With Expired Password

NMH account passwords are set to expire periodically, which means that your credentials will change several times per year. When those credentials expire, they will expire for the NMH-SECURE wireless network as well, and you will be prompted to create a new password:

Changing your password via this prompt can be difficult, as the password requirements are not presented. It's much simpler to change your password on a different network before signing back into NMH-SECURE:

  1. Connect your device to a mobile phone hotspot or the NMH-GUEST network.
  2. Navigate to nmhschool.okta.com
  3. Sign in with your current password. You will then be prompted to change your password. Enter your new password and verify it in the provided fields.
  4. Your password is now changed. You can select NMH-SECURE from your wireless networks list and sign in with your new password.
