NMH Connect for Families

NMH Connect is our Student Information System, or SIS, which is where you will find:

This article will cover the steps for setting up and logging into your NMH Connect account for the first time.

1. You will receive an email from NMH Information Technology titled Action Needed: sign up for your NMH Connect account in your inbox.

   

2. In the body of the email, click on the button to Create Account.

   

3. Before allowing you to create your account, Blackbaud (the company behind NMH Connect) will want to verify your email address with reCAPTCHA. The page that opens will have a field for you to enter a confirmation code, which will be sent to your email address.

   

4. You’ll receive an email from Blackbaud Authentication Services with a verification code.

   

   

5. Copy/paste or manually enter the code on the reCAPTCHA page. Click Confirm.

   

6. Once you confirm your email address, you’ll be able to create your account. Your email address should be autofilled. Note the password requirements when you are creating your password, and be sure to remember your password. Click Sign up.

   

7. Once you create your account, you will be asked to enter another verification code to confirm your account. Go back into your email once more and enter the new verification code.

   

8. After confirming your account, you will be taken to the NMH Connect sign in page, where you can log into your account to begin registration.

9. Once logged into NMH Connect, you will land on the “Resources” page. Click the “Registration for New NMH Families” tile, where you will find instructions to begin registration for your student.
