This article will cover how to reset a forgotten password in NMH Connect.
In a web browser, go to the NMH Connect login page at nmhschool.myschoolapp.com. Enter your email address in the Username or Email field, then click Next. Note: as of September 2022, NMH Connect no longer recognizes usernames that aren't email addresses. If you've been trying to login with a legacy username (something like SmithJo), enter your full email address into the Username or Email field instead.
On the following sign-in page (you will see branding from Blackbaud), click on Forgot password?
You'll be asked to enter your email address once more, so that you can receive a password reset email. Type your email address into the field provided and click Send.
Once you send the password reset email, a page with a field to enter a confirmation number will load.
In a new tab or window, open your email. You should see a message from Blackbaud Authentication Services. If you don't see a message from Blackbaud, be sure to check your spam folder. When you open the email, you will see your confirmation code. You can copy/paste or manually enter the code in the field provided on the Blackbaud page.
You will be taken to the password reset page, where you will enter your new password. Note the password requirements. You need to enter the same password twice to verify it, then click Submit.
Once you submit your new password, you're all done. Blackbaud will show you a message that your password has been reset, and then you will be redirected to the original NMH Connect sign in page. Enter your username and sign in with your new password.
